The DVD does not work and I have no option to return the item. Awful!

I opened the case and the dvd was scratched and so dirty. Despite trying to clean it, the DVD was non-operational. I went to my order to try and return it, but it’s not an option. So disappointing as this was something my daughter was looking forward to watching.

Nothing there...empty cover!!
