After discovering a seed inside her apple, Maggie becomes really excited to plant it and watch it grow. Based on a true story, the relationship between Maggie and her grandma only grows stronger as they spend several years taking care of the apple tree. They often try to guess how big the tree will grow and how many apples they will get from it. Starting from a tiny seed to blossoming into a beautiful tree, they learn it takes a really long time for apples to grow. In the end they learn that life long memories far outweigh one bad misfortune.
