The Anteater

By Isa Zapata de Costello

Book Overview

When a lonely little kitten goes looking for a friend, everyone she meets tells her the same thing: change who you are if you want to fit in. She tries flapping, hopping, and stretching, but nothing works-until she meets an Anteater with a big snout and an even bigger heart. Together, they discover that true friendship doesn't ask you to change; it celebrates who you already are.

A sweet, rhyming tale about self-acceptance, staying true to yourself, and finding the friends who love you just as you are.
