Mostly everyone knows living within a community can be challenging. One of the reasons why it can be challenging is ... yes ... that's right say it with me, annoying neighbors.
Let's start with Tim. One good thing about Tim is he's a handsome young man. But, one not so good thing about Tim is, he labels himself as the one and only who's in charge of the community. There may be nothing wrong with that ... according to Tim. But he's forgetting one small minor problem, ... Tim is not in charge of the community. But in his grumpy mind, he's in charge with everything, and everyone must answer to him.
Now, a new neighbor moves within the community. Shocking as it may seem, there are questions and confusions about this new neighbor.
Who is bringing these questions and confusions within the community?
