When the Americans invade North Africa, the war comes to Tunisia. An American pilot, Danny Booker, crashes near the clinic amidst the German army and is rescued by Sophie. The escape of Sophie, H?l?ne and Danny from the Germans becomes a trial of nerves and stamina. Sophie stays with the US Army as a doctor and Danny resumes his role as an intelligence officer. It's war and the story takes unexpected twists.
