A fast-paced tale of the Zen approach to coping with imminent nuclear extinction: Become one with The Bomb and there is nothing to fear. A first novel from the author of interactive fiction for computers. Sure to be popular with fans of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Advertising in major science fiction publications.

This book is the best american vision of the end of the world. It encourages the reader to let go of fear and embrace the bomb. I really like the name of chapter II: Raising the bonsai sequoia. The book involves a man who is very, very smart, who is a great succsess in the early, pre PC computer industry. His great intellegence leads him to the conclusion that WE ARE DOOMED. So, he becomes an alcoholic in the gutter for the next number of years, until the end is nigh. This is just in the first chapter. End of the world bhodisatvas also play a large part. I highly recomend this book to anyone who wants their great great grandchildren to survive and thrive here on planet earth. This ironicaly humorous look at the end of the world will make you laugh until you want to cry. This is one of my ten favorite book ever.

This really is a pretty incredible tale that runs all around the United States and runs us into a man only known as _________ ________, not to mention various mystical entities. A quest to try to make sense of it all. A good read and a fun book!
