Despite the fact that modern humans have existed for one hundred and fifty thousand years, civilization emerged relatively late. Agriculture was first practiced around twelve thousand years ago-and the first civilizations came into being in the fourth millennium BC-after which humanity gradually arrived in the current atomic age. The protagonist in this story believes that long before the civilizations we know, there existed an advanced civilization that perished in a catastrophe of unprecedented magnitude. The survivors of this civilization settled in high-altitude areas in Peru, Ethiopia, and Thailand. This allowed them to pass on their knowledge, enabling new civilizations to emerge. With a wealth of evidence, he is able to support this hypothesis and embarks on a quest to find the Alpha Civilization. His odyssey takes him to Egypt and Antarctica to uncover the footprints of these gods. Ultimately, it becomes a race against time, as he carries a secret that cannot bear the light of day and which puts his life in danger.
