Missing most of the product.

Received only disc 3. It was received when I was out of town, and went past the time when complaints or returns are accepted. There aren't even the slots for the first two discs in the case. Where is the Quality Control? Decidedly unhappy for only the third time in ten years as a frequent buyer. Incidentally, all these occurred in the last year.
