A cookbook with exquisite illustration

A diverse range of recipes are masterfully captured in vivid, full page photographs that are sure to tempt your taste buds. Some of the recipes are quite exotic and served with some creative flair, but the illustrated step-by-step instructions will give you the confidence to successfully prepare even the fanciest of these dishes. Other recipes are so quick and delicious, you'll end up cooking them every other week or so. The recipe for New Orleans Jambalaya alone warrants the purchase of this book.
