Sitting on the basement steps thinking I couldn't be seen..I heard some shouting... I couldn't make it out but then I heard " Come downstairs" and I knew that was for me.. there were men there and what seemed to be an argument over a dollar.. "Don't let nobody get over on YOU....If you let one...They will ALL think that it's ok..Do you understand?" "Yes " I said quickly while trying to keep my eyes on him and not the man tied up on the pool table..I was ordered to get out but not before the scream rang out as he shoved the pool stick up the mans rear end I could hear them beating that man what would seem like forever before it was quiet and I heard the side door close... A vision that never left me.. from there I had seen and heard so much in such little time back then...

"They say "Life ain't been no crystal stair" but for me during the earlier part of my tender years it was..raised by one of the biggest drug dealers in the 80's ...was INDEED a time to be alive..Detroit was BOOMING and there I was....taking it all in like a SPONGE Chile, I'm talking about Soaking in all the street knowledge AROUND ME when allowed of course because Ralph did not play...but when able I was front and center..otherwise I was hiding in the shawdows but my ears were on and vision was clear LOL..Some of the easiest days of my life...not wanting for a thing..until it all changed

...Now, you may think this is your typical Child of a King Pin story..we've all read those before..You know the ones with high living and low morality BUT this isn't that..take me out of that box..I may have started out that way and give respect to that experience but walk with me through this personal account of my story where only GOD will get the GLORY
