A power-mad, high-ranking military leader named Nicholai Stormgrave has a massive device created that will force the earth into a higher 'cosmic vibrational frequency' and give him access to the Akhashic Records; a location in metaphysickal studies where all the knowledge of events of the universe are stored. Nicholai was discovered by the government, and they tried to have the project shut down, but it was too late. The machine activates & whirls to life. But before the machine can be stopped, suddenly a blue wave pulses outward, enveloping the entire planet, before a massive burst of energy overtakes and bathes the planet in light. Nicholai is striped of rank and is taken into custody by the authorities.

The machine works, to a phenomenal effect, but at a cost. The world is supposed to gradually enter 'The Shift' at its own time over the course of millennia, not forced into it immediately. Doing so had cataclysmic effects; earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes. But as the Earth was slowly recovering from the shock of it, it was suffering from another unforeseen consequence. Not only did it force a vibrational shift of the entire planet, but a vibrational shift of humanity as well.

People across the globe were experiencing 'The Awakening' - Metaphysick abilities that were awakened in certain peoples because of The Shift. Some can move objects without touching them; some can freeze water by mere thought; others can even see into the future. These people were often sought after for use in the civilian & military workforce.

24 years later...

Nicholai is back to finish what he started. Surrounding himself by those that were gifted abilities by The Awakening, he has resumed his search for the Akhashic Records. A Seer named Crysta was abducted by Nicholai and is using her powerful gift of foresight to help him achieve his goal to reach the fabled Akhashic Records. But unknown to him, she was also a Minder, and in a desperate attempt, sent out a telepathic message to the one she foresaw would take down this Mad Leader. Only, it was not one person, but twins, who held the fate of the world in their hands...
