The AI Business Enablement Audit: The Operating System for Running AI as a Permanent Business Function (The Operating Discipline for AI)
You're not behind on AI. You're running it without a system.
Your employees use tools you haven't approved. Your vendors switch on features no one opted into. Subscriptions accumulate faster than anyone tracks. None of it is governed the way you govern finance, hiring, or compliance, and the cost shows up where your reporting was never designed to look.
The AI Business Enablement Audit closes that gap. Not a technology primer. Not a list of prompts. This is the operating system for running AI as a managed business function, with the structure to recover visibility, set policy, control cost, and produce measurable outcomes.
Stephen R. Jordan walks leaders through:
A complete audit of every AI tool and embedded feature in the businessA governance model that assigns accountability without slowing the workA risk framework that meets the regulatory bar without consulting-firm overheadA decision-making model that turns AI from experiment into managed functionCompanion templates and worksheets, available free at SRJConsultingServices.com/booksWritten for owners, presidents, CFOs, and COOs at organizations between 20 and 1,000 employees.
