The Age of Ice IV: Time to Live, Time to Die (Volume 4)

By Keith R. Mueller

Tensions rise both in the Bishop's southern domain, and in the Black City as well. The Bishop's forces are moving against the Children of the Dawn with all the weapons their technology has given them. Newer weapons are also being developed--weapons that will allow the Bishop's forces a much further reach. In the depths of the jungle, the Faerie Watchers observe and report to a Council that seems unwilling to act. In Los Angeles, the forces of the Cathedral are also on the move, using newly discovered techniques that will give them power over the minds of their enslaved women. But control of what they have is not enough. Father Norville has the latest in airship technology, giving him small, zeppelins of extraordinary maneuverability and firepower--he is preparing for war. But the defenders of the Black City are also arming themselves with new technology recently discovered far to the east of the mountain range separating the west coast from the rest of the continent. It is the calm before the storm--a time of spying and investigation, a time of new love and new dangers. All the various forces of darkness and light, both north and south, are about to learn that it's time to live...and time to die.
