The African American Saga in America is a long poem which tells the story of a people who were brought here as children to be slaves by force, and how they created a national character which is only being realized and celebrated today. The most surprising thing about the first 100 years of slavery is that most of the slaves were boys between the age of 7 to 18 years old. They were truly children.
