So how do we create this utopia?

Convincing half the population that ours is the way, the truth and the light? NO WAY
We do it with a business plan You read that correctly. There is a business plan to take us from where we are now to this magical future. Nor will the skeptical majority oppose us. They will likely cheer us on, and as we succeed, more will hitch their wagon to ours and personally profit from the greatest experiment in political economy of all time.
What is this free lunch that can make all these impossible things happen?
Some recently invented magic dust? (In all fairness, yes, as some of the technology needed to bring the pieces together is quite new.) But no The free lunch was well-known to American revolutionary Thomas Paine, American economist Henry George, Father of China Sun Yat-Sen, Russian author Leo Tolstoy, and English statesman Winston Churchill. The free lunch is that gift from God or Nature that we all rely on, yet take for granted - the ground beneath our feet
"Land " you laugh. "That might have had some relevance to economics back in the day we were all farmers. But now, who cares?" The landlord collecting $1000/square foot in the hottest downtown shopping district might care, but he's not going to let on.
Will we steal the land or tax the land? NO WAY
