The man says yes please come down, I have been expecting you and I have a gift for you. On returning home Peddie Pie opens his gift and finds a pair of beautiful suspenders. Peddie Pie has many exciting experiences in the realm of time. The Author, Carl F. Haupt II, was born in 1926 and went through the great depression experiencing hardship on a daily basis. These experiences created a love for people in need of food, clothing and housing. As a young boy Carl's mother called him " Peddie Pie." These stories are not about Carl, but the experiences of people needing help, love, and understanding. All stories will teach the reader morality and love for other people.
