Great Book

This is a great book. It is very uplifting and entertaining. Children will love the story and not even know that they are learning a valuable lesson in it. It is the new "I think I can, I think I can." Midas is the little train of the new century.

We discovered Midas and The Little Red Airplane at a local bookstore and ever since we brought Midas home, my children can't seem to get enough of this wonderful story! The colorful animation, story and characters really capture my children's attention. As a parent, what I love most about this book is the important message it delivers to our young ones. Never give up....believe in yourself. A simple message that can have the most profound effect on our children if we instill this message and a sense of accomplishment at an early age.I have bought Midas and The Little Red Airplane and it makes a wonderful gift for children of all ages! Plus, an added bonus-this book is very durable and easy to keep clean with it's clear coated glossy hardback cover! Midas is the ultimate adventure for children of all ages. From the touching storyline to the animated and colorful characters, this book brings joy and a smile to the reader's heart. I have given this book to all of my relatives, young and old. It has also become the most requested book at the elementary school where my daughter-in-law teaches. I can't wait until Uncle Ted brings us a sequel, so that we may continue to enjoy our magical friend Midas and his bevy of colorful characters!

My child is MESMERIZED by this book!!!

I completely recommend this book for children of all ages!! The bright illustrations and uplifting story is simple to read and keeps my one year old daughter at a heightened attention. I got this book when she was a baby, and now she will bring it to me to read to her ALL THE TIME! Not only is it filled with beautifully bright colors, but sets an extraordinary example of kindness and strength which can never be learned too early. They also have a website ... that offers games, coloring, puzzles, and mazes (among many other activities). We have many books, and this one is by far her favorite!
