In ww2 there was a USN corsair pilot called john He was based on an island in the pacific. One day he was sitting in a room drinking a cup of tea when he heard a loud siren yelling "ALL PILOTS SCRAMBLE, ENEMY FIGHTERS ARE ATTACKING THE AIRFIELD". John and the other pilots got into their planes, started the engine and took off into the sky. Soon the entire squadron was in the air. John saw a Japanese Mitsubishi J2M3 Raiden.
