Denise Marshall is a 57-year-old mother of three beautiful daughters and the grandmother of three grandsons and a granddaughter. She has worked as a professional dog groomer for 36 years, has owned her own grooming business for 13 years and has participated in wildlife rescue for six years. Hip Hop was one of the baby bunnies she received from a rescue. The bunny was unusual because she refused to eat unless someone was talking to her. The author made up stories of Hip Hop's adventures to share with the real Hip Hop to get her to eat.
