Bob and Larry are stoners from the 1970's, who served in the Vietnam War. Larry's restaurant is getting threatened by other businesses because Larry caters to the homeless and the helpless and they believe that they are criminals and that Larry is catering to criminals and that is bad for business. Larry has a bad day so he wants the absolute best weed that he can smoke so Bob get's out the ole magic hookah so they can go back in time to the Vietnam War and get their weed from their weed trusted weed guy over there and end up losing the hookah so now they are stuck in the Vietnam War until they can find their hookah and finally go back home where it is safe.
