Clever, witty and heartfelt all rolled into one great little book!

If, like me, you prefer swallowing your "life lessons" coated with a little snarky humor, you will love this book. It's always good to be reminded of what's truly important and what we can do to live better lives, but there's a sea of self-help books out there taking themselves way too seriously. The ABC's of Happiness, on the other hand, manages to deliver it's message with the perfect combination of sarcasm & soul.

Laughter and learning

From beginning to end I laughed and learned from this book. It's a great idea as a Holiday gift.

This book combines wit and perspective plus short exercises to encourage each of us to relax and take life in stride. I am purchasing copies of this book to give to friends and clients alike. It is a great way to say thank you during the holidays.

Light, witty, and insightful

A surprisingly entertaining and thoughtful book. Lots of excellent life lessons embedded in the humorous little comics. Makes you smile and makes you think! A great idea for a holiday gift, but like the title says its probably best not to give it to kids as it deals with some adult themes here and there.
