The 8 Positivity Strategies: Pioneering Leadership AI

By Dr. Gewei Ye

Schopenhauer believed that in all things, suffering (tragedy) outweighs joy (comedy). Correspondingly, out of the 64 hexagrams in the I Ching (Book of Changes), only 8 represent joyous events (comedies). However, Schopenhauer did not provide a solution for how to transition from suffering to joy. Similar to the psychological approach of transcending the ego ("illuminating that the five skandhas are empty") found in the Buddhist Heart Sutra, this book utilizes the PNN Positivity Large Language Model (LLM) to offer multiple concrete methods for transforming suffering into joy. This book is highly recommended for the following audiences (including, but not limited to):
Government & Public Sector

- Elected officials, including senators and members of Congress
Corporate & Legal

The 8 Positivity Strategies by Dr. Gewei Ye provides a multidisciplinary framework for leadership and problem-solving by synthesizing ancient wisdom with AI and modern strategic science. The author integrates the cyclical philosophy of the I Ching, the tactical maneuvers of Sun Tzu's The Art of War, and the mathematical logic of Game Theory. Central to the text is the PNN Positivity AI LLM, a large language model designed to diagnose a user's current challenges and chart a course toward one of eight favorable states of well-being. Using real-world examples like inflation and political polarization, the text demonstrates how to transition from stagnation and conflict to abundance and harmony. Ultimately, the work teaches leaders to harmonize internal character with external circumstances to achieve definitive success in a complex global market.
