A country created to be the judge and jury of inner country conflicts. Not tied to or ran by any one or multitude of countries. In order to make this work, the people of Baliazana are clueless to the world that they came from, the families they were taken away from and the sacrifices made everyday to support their lives. The next generation is always battling the mistakes of the previous, in an interview after all the chaos, journey with Jacques and Ohana as their found family tells their story. How did a bunch of teenagers end up viglantes on earth and in space for the greater good.
