The 365 Days is my unflinching record of heartbreak, grief, addiction, and survival. In these pages, I open the wound of a year where I lost my mind - after everything felt lost, after family was buried, after faith fractured.
This book is about punching through walls, weighing a heavy heart because the silence felt too heavy to bear. It's about drowning in memories that refuse to let you sleep - turning to pills, the heat when smoke burns on your skin, and feeling lost in such a sad world.
I don't hide or polish something pretty. I lay it out flat - because life isn't clean.
I let my heart and soul bleed. I let it ache with rage, silence, and the kind of loneliness that makes the walls close in.
But sometimes the darkness can bring light.
The stubborn heartbeat that refused to quit, the fake desire of love that reminded me I once felt alive.
This was still a story worth telling.
Managing disorders, excessive mood swings, nightmares - the darkness in here and stories of fluctuating emotions lie in here.
It is also about the quiet moments. These pages have the broken soul of mine that leads to collapse with hands that still reach for what's already gone and will never return. It is about the pain we all carry inside, and how sometimes, writing them down is the only way to keep breathing rather than using our own breath.

It is okay to write and struggle with words. I would know, and so can many others.
