Great book,

The beginning of the book deals with unforgiveness. The author recounts how he learned to walk in forgiveness and how to bless those who hurt him. It was very challenging. Then the author writes about blessings: how important they are and how to give them. There is quite a bit of detail about how everyone needs to be blessed and specific times of life when blessings are especially needed are mentioned. I highly recommend this book.
