ACTION PACKED!

The 13th power is an action packed adventure. I was unable to put it down. Terry Wright has done an incredible job of mixing elements of adventure, disaster, scientific experimentation, military retaliation and love in this novel. There is something for everyone. The characters escape one disaster after another once they decide to proceed with their experiments of discovery for the 13th power. A father must struggle with the danger he has placed his estranged daughter in, while watching her fall in love with his colleague. What started as a quest of knowledge for two scientist has turned into a power struggle of two scientific laboratories. They battle, sparing no lives, in their quest to own the knowledge. Could this be the beginning of the end of the world as we know it?Stay tuned... The 13th Power, Episode II is on it's way! This reader can't wait!

Powerful Writing at its Best! Fantastic Science filled Read.

The Russian's fear "The 13th Power" and rightfully so. But there is unlimited wealth and and a tremendous power to be had through its ultimate control. The evils enter... Governmental lies? Spies? Private eyes? FBI and CIA cover-ups? The Ark? A hero? A nightmare? The pawns are moved and people begin to die. The military is activated to halt the evil. But wait? Just who "is" the evil? This is not a black and white answer. Mixed motives abound to reach the 13th power. Greed, ego, love, and base insanities flourish through the pages of "The 13th Power." Car chases, airplane duels on a runway, Blackhawks firing missels into squad cars, corrupt police, spy satellites, ugly bad guys, beautiful women... Torture scenes. Terry Wright gives all of this and a lot, lot more -- he gives us -- believability! The last eighty pages of this book has some of the finest climax writing that I have ever read. A fast-paced, fun adventure that races from cover to cover.

I finished this book without putting it down, at least in my mind. It moves quickly from situation to situation and between characters as is pulls you along. I couldn't get off the high-speed conveyor that brings sci-fi to a believable status. It may happen! My only difficulty is that I wanted to continue immediately to episode two, a dirty trick making me wait.

The 13th Power is a Winner

The 13th Power is spell binding and a real page turner. Wright took me on an adventure I'll never forget. Fast paced and action packed, his characters made me believe the 13th Power could destroy the world. I couldn't put it down, the suspense gripping me to the very end. Be prepared to hang on for the ride of your life.
