Not Vegan Friendly 👎🏽

I purchased this book based on reviews on Amazon, and many of the recipes are not vegan. Many recipes call for milk, shortening, butter & margarine. I guess I will be making my own substitutions. Totally disappointed ☹️ 👎🏽

May be Vegetarian, Certainly Not Vegan

Although this cookbook contains some delicious looking recipes, the ingredients are NOT vegan. Many of the recipes include yogurt and/or milk. Dairy is not vegan. There are also no photos to show the finished baked good. Not sure how this book was able to pass as vegan, as it is not. Perhaps the author doesn't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian? Very disappointed in this book and its contents.
