After she was jilted by her fianc , Sheri Huston eagerly accepted an invitation from an artist friend of her mother's to spend the summer in a small seaside town. Sheri liked her mother's friend, Jeneva Gray. And she was intrigued by several of Jeneva's neighbors, especially the arrogant yet magnetic Tony Anderson, who owned a construction company, and Whit Barclay, an elusive newcomer to the area.
