Sometimes it's painful, being overwhelmed with the difficulties in our lives it's all we can do to fold our hands and speak the words, then sometimes we go over the top with it when it makes us feel like a child again, all giddy with butterflies inside, but it's always worth it, always rewarding and often humbling. This majestic word whispered straight from the heart of God into our souls lifts us to new heights and enables us to soar above our day to day struggles. When we surrender to thankfulness, no matter our circumstances, we rise above the angels because it can only be done as an act of our own free will. Our free will is a gift from God allowing us to choose him, to choose to be thankful for all he has given to us and for all that he has denied us in his divine providence.
