This cookbook was written after several requests from my good friends in Idaho for my Thai recipes. There are over 20 recipes for those that want to cook Thai foods with limited available Thai ingredients based on my chemical engineering background and over 15 years involving in Thai family restaurant business. After several years of writing and testing my recipes with all my friends, teaching several Thai cooking classes at Alex's Kitchen Supplies, and receiving good comments from people with my own original distribution in 2012, I am happy to share THAIDAHO with people worldwide. My wife and I currently live in Richmond, Virginia after my 10 years in Idaho Falls, Idaho (with my wife for 2 years there). But these recipes still stand and will continue the legacy within my heart.
