Generally good but a little disappointed

I will rarely say anything negative about my orders; however, p. 27 of this precious little art book was torn with the bottom half missing. This was not pointed out in the description. There are other copies available through different sellers, and I wouldn't have taken this one if I had known about them. There were other minor things, but they would put it in good condition. The torn page was a disappointment, to be honest. Thanks, Scott
