A Time in Texas That Could Never Happen Today...

If you are a Texan of a certain age, you either knew one of us, knew OF one of us, or you you knew someone that you will be able to identify through one of the characters chronicled here. In most cases, Hoffman used our real names, and in the cases that he didn't, it was generally because the use of the actual name would have been incriminating, at that time. I may be the the only one of this cast of characters still surviving today. You will get some laughs from this book, and learn how things REALLY were done during the 80s in Texas, where the oil and cash were flowing. 11/08/2022
