Within The Falls lives a small community shielded from the lethal solar storms, whilst beneath the city the builders known as dwellers live and move using a network of tunnels and the old subway system. The seemingly solitary dwellers whisper of salvation and of a huge storm that is coming. The dystopian city is fragile and relies on a mysterious council that can be found beyond the old city limits. Nikola follows an old trail hoping to find the council but far beyond the domed city walls the fractured survivors are locked in an endless conflict, leaving him no choice but to trust the dwellers but are they hiding more than anyone could imagine?
