Terry's Kidnap

When a young Australian man goes missing, presumed kidnapped, in Bangkok, Dan, a Kiwi expat who moonlights as a P. I., isn't too interested. He lets the expat, Alan from Bangkok, a guy Dan's dealt with before, know it too. Dan reckons lots of people 'get lost' in Thailand and simply want a break from family and friends, and just want to start a new life. Besides, Dan enjoys life in North East Thailand. However, you can't live on smiles in The Land of Smiles. So, when he gets another call from that same expat in Bangkok, this time offering a bigger reward for finding the Aussie, he heads down to the capital anyway. Dan is curious to find out if this Terry fellow has really been taken or just wants breathing room.
