Mike Martin was looking forward to this retirement cruise. The ex-attorney/crime fighter and reformed white-collar criminal could not have imagined what the Syndicate had in store for him. His several romantic interludes on board would be interrupted by a bioterrorism attack which could set him up as the fall guy. The diabolical plan involved multiple weapons to be used against a number of European cities which would be ports of call on the cruise. Several passengers on the luxury liner were actually armed terrorists members of the Syndicate ready to commit murder and mayhem on the ship. Their end game would be to use bio-terrorism weapons to plant the seeds for WWIII.
