For a while, Terrorism has replaced traditional armed conflicts between states, allowing diplomacy to continue by other means.Terrorism is characterized by "People devoted to the teachings of the Prophet for the propagation and holy war".Taking a radical and rigorous Islam, the Terrorist Movement accuses Western values, established by the colonialists, of being responsible for the ills suffered by some countries in Africa. It wants to establish an Islamic state, it seduces idle youth with a critical discourse against the regimes in place.Beyond the stakes and challenges, our attention was drawn to a form of claims by which the perpetrators voluntarily give themselves up to death. They accept to kill thousands of innocent people thus destroying airport infrastructures, schools etc. In view of the issues at stake: How are terrorism and piracy considered as a new threat to peace and security in Africa?
