But when President Carter pays a visit to the nuclear power plant, a ray of hope begins to calm the community down as the worst of the emergency seemed to subside as well.However, when the women return home, Lindsay is still missing. Missy continues her search and finds herself in deep trouble when she finds Lindsay and encounters the killer.
