Winner of the 2025 Scribe Award for Best Adapted Novel. The nightmarish Art the Clown returns from the dead to continue his murderous and mad spree, in this gruesome novelization of the hit horror film. It has been one year since the sleepy town of Miles County survived the murderous spree of demented killer Art the Clown, but little do they know the nightmare is about to begin anew. Resurrected by a sinister entity, Art is back with an appetite for murder and mayhem--setting his sights on the recently bereaved teenager Sienna and her younger brother Jonathan. The streets are about to run with blood, and Sienna must somehow survive this gruesome Halloween night and discover how to defeat a brutal and unforgiving killing machine from beyond her nightmares. There's no stopping Art once his sights are set on you...
I know I've said this before, but gods do I love novelizations! I'm not a big fan of the Terrifier movies (I know, blasphemous!), though I've seen all three and both All Hallows Eve movies. But really it's because to my brain, the movies are missing things. That's why when I saw the novelization for this one, I decided to grab it. And just like I suspected, it filled in what I felt was missing from the movie. In these pages you really get inside Art's head and see things from his POV which helps immensely and gives me a new light to his role in the movies. I may have to watch them again now.
I hope the Terrifier 3 novelization releases soon because that one needs to join my December collection too.
