The year is 2028, February 24th is the exact date. Six people, Samson Jeff their leader, Alvin Jeff, talented engineer and his brother, Goddie de Lawi, medical doctor and driver extraordinaire, Patrick van Odee PhD, Botany, Manu Jemo, astronaut, and I, King Muga, photographer, blast off aboard a Starship we called Mathee on a historical mission to mars, with the aim of Terraforming Mars hence making life multi-planetary.Exactly nine months later, we land on mars. In the days that followed, we begin working on fulfilling our mission. As we are away from earth, we recount our experiences and discuss issues that affect people back on earth. Through these discussions, we discover many things about ourselves and the environments that we live in.There are historical feats that are accomplished in the mission. Even so, there are some challenges that we face. All is dealt by the team.Through humor, satire, irony, and different styles, I have portrayed the lives of the astronauts from the perspective of a previous non-astronaut thereby connecting with the ordinary people. It is a thrilling engaging story that many may find to be believable yet it is a work of fiction.
