(3.5 Stars) A Good Book

Life has dealt Kennedy Fitzgerald a rough hand but she always comes out on top. So when she returns from a six month job overseas and finds her car being reposed and all of her finances in disarray, she jumps right in and does what has to be done to get her life back in order. Even if that means doing the impossible. Kennedy is a life coach that has just been hired by the CEO of TSW, a television studio, to groom his son to take over. Salim Washington has no desire to be in charge. Salim is not the corporate type. His only use for money is to help fund his foundation that aides third world countries. With Kennedy's tenacity and Salim's guilt, Salim takes over and is doing a good job, until he screws everything up. Hopefully he can rectify all his mistakes before its too late. Tempting the Mogul is a good book by Marcia King-Gamble. The characters are convincing and have real everyday issues. Some parts of the plot could have been developed more to give a little more insight on some of the secondary characters, but overall the storyline was enjoyable. King-Gamble has an easy to read style that flows well. Reviewed by Tenecia for Urban Reviews
