Tell Them The Reason Why

Are you tired of scratching the surface of what God has for you? Do you even know what God has for you? The Bible states, in John 1:1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. So, if the beginning was the Word, let's start there. God's Word says in Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Sounds to me like God has an awful lot more for us than we even realize, and many of us have spent our entire life just scratching the surface, just getting by. We get caught up in that, I believe in God, I'm saved through the sacrifice that Jesus made, and I'm granted eternal life in heaven. And then we hang on to that truth for dear life, fearing we can lose it at any minute. God has so much more for us and we need to just stop scratching the surface. My prayer is, what God puts on my heart I can share with you, to bring you closer to living a life that goes beyond just scratching the surface and living a fuller life in Christ Jesus.
