This book has the steps for actual teleportation, whereas Healing With The Rainbow Rays (even though I haven't done it) seems to have (in the teleportation technique) a method for astral teleportation (note the lawnmower-like vibrations some of us have felt). I bought this book a few years ago, and recently, the channeled material caught my eye. It talks about letting go, and taking responsibility for your life at the same time. This is truly how you can gain all of your abilities within a very short amount of time. The more you let go of, the more you learn. The Matrix, Communion With God, and Illusions are two good books and one good movie to see if you don't understand the above paragraph. Yes, this book is pricey and filled with a lot of things to ease your ego into it, but it's not BS. Of course, if you can let go, you'll only need the how-to chapter. I don't believe in needs or good and bad. The above is just using the English language. I think our language is flawed. I should stop thinking, and just let go. I'm talking to myself during a review. No, the above statements will help the others who understand the channeled material. I'm currently looking for the seminars that are held by the authors.
Good, but extremely basic

Ok, the book could have been better written and better explained (There were a few contradictions) All in all, it was a little bland, but did explain the very basics of teleportation.
