This monograph is devoted to the development and improvement of technologies for the extraction of manganese-containing composite concentrates from natural and technogenic manganese-bearing ores using physicochemical processing methods. The study comprehensively examines beneficiation processes, thermochemical treatment, and hydrometallurgical processing of manganese minerals aimed at increasing the recovery of manganese and associated components (Fe, Si, Al).Particular attention is paid to the analysis of phase transformations, reduction kinetics, and the influence of process parameters on the quality and physicochemical characteristics of the final concentrate. Experimental data are presented on the production of manganese-containing composite materials suitable for application in ferroalloy manufacturing.The proposed technological solutions contribute to improving the efficiency of integrated raw material utilization and reducing manganese losses at all stages of processing. The research results can be effectively applied in ferroalloy production practices and in the processing of low-grade manganese ores.
