Mr. Goldberg does not spell out in detail plans and experiments, but instead deals with the kind of thinking behind constructing science for children. He deals with what to do when a project fails; how does it become a learning experience.This book reminds me very much of Holt's Why Children Fail in its thought about how childre operate when dealing with new scientific material.I would say this is a good book for elementary and middle school teachers.
