Brilliant book

Thank goodness this book is now in print. Ms. Griliches's wonderful photos show the agony and ecstasy of learning and teaching music. Enormously entertaining and should be in every home where little Jimmy is scratching away at his $450 violin yet aspires to become Isaac Stern. Seriously, these photos which were first seen in a spectacular exhibition at the Boston Public Library are much more than worthy of your attention.
