This book analyses the teaching of History in a region characterized by a very complex historical and cultural diversity, as is typical of the Municipal City of Cuamba, with the aim of building historical knowledge based on the diverse local knowledge that exists in the communities. This vernacular knowledge held by the local communities is assumed to be the millenary identity heritage of these people, which has been preserved cyclically for several different generations.
