Teaching in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its realities

As one analyst said, to block a country's development, all you have to do is destroy the quality of education. When we talk about the quality of education, we are talking about the quality of available resources, such as: 1. human resources (teaching staff); 2. school infrastructure; 3. social security for teaching staff.If these two fundamental elements are fulfilled in the best possible conditions, we can confirm that we have ensured a quality education for our pupils. To go against them, the ambition to ensure this quality education, as advocated by the country's authorities, would have become a mystery.As education is a right, it is necessary, indeed a priority, to accelerate progress towards the goals of Education for All and the Sustainable Development Goals "SDGs" as advocated by the United Nations. By 2020, the Democratic Republic of Congo had pledged to increase domestic funding for the education sector to 23.5%.
