Unacceptable copies sold as good!! :/

I placed an order for 4 books that were sent separately. 2 of them in a good condition, no complaints on those. But the other two resulted to be very damaged copies. This title was one of them for the other one they promised a replacement but for this "Teaching English as an international language", a very stained, marked on the outside, besides of having many stickers. It also was highly highlighted and underlined. It is so messed up and dirty that it seems to come from a very dirty stand. I haven't received no answer about the ticket report I sent for this copy what makes me pretty unhappy.
