excellent book for beginning teachers

I bought this book a few years ago before landing my first full time teaching position. The book is full of practical tips for setting up your classroom, lesson planning, classroom management, parent - teacher conferences, field trips, stress management, and lots of other topics that seem to be overlooked in teacher education courses. Each chapter is filled with anecdotes which illustrate each topic. I still occasionally refer back to it for new ideas. It's a great resource.
