The purpose of this study is to reflect on the leadership of the teacher and his praxis as a contributing element in the incorporation of the community to the school, at the "Hermanos Mart nez Ojeda" School in Yaritagua, Pe a Municipality, Yaracuy State, which is in line with research line N 2: Educational Management from Community Participation. The research is framed in an interpretative paradigm study with a qualitative approach and the ethnographic method. The informant subjects are made up of three (03) teachers of the institution, the technique to obtain the information will be the in-depth interview, categorization will be applied, and triangulation for data analysis.
